Order Processing / Shipping
Please allow 5 business days for production of personalized stationery. Orders may be expedited (2 business days for production) for a $40 fee per item. In-stock merchandise will ship within 3 days of order.
ph Design Shop will immediately notify you via e-mail in the case of back-ordered or out-of-stock items.
How can I track my order?
After you place your order online, ph Design Shop will issue an order confirmation e-mail. Within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), you will be sent an additional confirmation e-mail with details of when your order was shipped, including the tracking number of your package.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship merchandise internationally.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect 8.25 percent sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas.
What's your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are happily accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise that has NOT BEEN PERSONALIZED, USED, OR OPENED with original packaging intact. Please contact us at onlinestore@phdesignshop.com for return authorization, then enclose a copy of your invoice with the merchandise and send it to the address below via an insured, prepaid carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
